OVERVIEW

The Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) is a postgraduate-level professional qualification designed to develop advanced human resource leadership, strategic people management, and organisational development competencies for today’s dynamic global workforce.

The programme equips graduates with in-depth knowledge of strategic human resource management, organisational behaviour, employment law, business policy, research methodology, and data-driven decision-making. Entry Requirements

Academic Requirements

Applicants seeking admission to the Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) programme offered by the Faculty of Management Studies, Eurasian Campus, must satisfy one of the following entry criteria:

  • A recognised Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from an accredited higher education institution; or
  • A Higher Diploma in a relevant field, with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in the public or private sector; or
  • Final admission is subject to the approval of the Academic Board and the Senate of the University, in accordance with the regulations of the Sri Lankan higher education system.

Programme Fee Structure

  • Registration Fee: LKR 5,000
  • First Instalment: LKR 25,000 ((Payable after 3 weeks from registration)
  • Monthly Instalments: LKR 10,000 × 07

Total Programme Investment: LKR 100,000

The fee structure is designed to be flexible and accessible, enabling learners to manage their financial commitments while pursuing high-quality postgraduate education.

Note

All registered students will receive International Student Registration, including an official Student ID Card and Student Registration Letter, issued through Nile University of Science and Technology.

Students may initially register for the programme by paying Rs. 5,000 and attend lectures for one month to assess the quality of the course. During this period, the Nile University registration fee of Rs. 25,000 must be paid. Upon completion of payment, international student registration will be issued within one month.

Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, in accordance with institutional financial policies and regulations.
