  • Undergraduate Qualification A recognised Bachelor’s degree in any discipline obtained from an approved higher education institution.

Eligibility and Academic Approval

As the PGDEM is a postgraduate qualification at SLQF Level 8, all applications are subject to a formal academic review process. Final eligibility will be determined by the Senate or its authorised academic committee on a case-by-case basis.

This review ensures that applicants meet the required academic standards and are suitably prepared to undertake advanced study in education management.

Admission and Selection Process

All applicants are required to attend a formal online interview conducted by the Academic Panel.

The interview is designed to assess the applicant’s academic background, professional experience, motivation, communication skills, and readiness to successfully undertake the programme.

Fee Structure

Total Programme Investment: LKR 130,000

• Registration Fee: LKR 5,000 (Payable at the time of registration)
• First Instalment: LKR 25,000 (Payable within three (03) weeks from the commencement of the programme)
• Monthly Instalments: LKR 20,000 × 5 months

This flexible payment plan enables students to manage their programme fees through convenient monthly instalments.

All registered students will receive International Student Registration, which includes:

These documents are issued through Nile University of Science and Technology, a university recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, in accordance with institutional financial policies and regulations.
