OVERVIEW
The Bachelor of Human Resource Management (BHRM) offered by Eurasian Campus Sri Lanka provides a comprehensive understanding of modern human resource management practices and organizational development. The program covers key areas such as recruitment and selection, employee training and development, performance management, labor relations, and strategic human resource management.

Entry Requirements
Applicants must satisfy any one of the following requirements
- GCE Advanced Level (A/L) examination passed in any stream.
- NVQ Level 4 or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- Eurasian Campus Foundation Diploma, or a recognised Foundation Diploma or Diploma from a recognised institution in any discipline.
- GCE Ordinary Level (O/L) examination with a minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a recognised organisation. Applicants who are business owners or self-employed with at least three (3) years of professional experience are also eligible.

International Student Registration
All registered students will receive International Student Registration, which includes:
- Official Student ID Card
- Student Registration Letter
These documents are issued through Nile University of Science and Technology, a university recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, in accordance with institutional financial policies and regulations.
